11/10/2023 0 Comments Logitech g604 reddit![]() Has a small button to the top left of the index finger button which can be programmed to do whatever (I keep mine set to a triple tap for CS:GO). Has adjustable weights which you can remove or add the weights to to get a comfortable heft from your mouse. Which you can adjust how much they shift the sensitivity by programming the mouse in the GUI for it’s installation for each of the 5 settings you create. Also allows for minor adjustments to the sensitivity via the small buttons below the scroller. When you install the drivers and whatnot, you can have up to 5 different settings for your mouse sensitivity which can easily be changed by pressing the button on the underside of the mouse. Has up to 16400 DPI sensitivity, which is just stupid fast. Great for macro’s, programming, games, you name it. Right handed mouse with 12 buttons on the thumb’s side. This is my mouse and has been for the past 7 years. Honestly it’s hard to go wrong, just read reviews and enjoy, don’t buy into too much of the hype around certain products and name brands, but if you can snag a good deal on a higher end set for the price of a regular one, we’ll, obviously that’s a good bet. qid=1542975100&sr=8-16&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=razer+keyboard+and+mouseĪnd this keyboard with Cherry Blue Mx switches for $39 too : With just a quick search I found this mouse on for almost 50% off on Amazon : You can go for mechanical if you want to spend a bit higher, which is super nice, but it’s definitely not necessary. You won’t need any crazy features, just a decent high DPI mouse and a keyboard with decent switches. If not, then there’s likely to be some great deals on for Black Friday. The problem I was having is an update somehow changed my on-board profile and it was doing the low DPI thing for about 2-3 seconds everytime it would go to sleep and wake up before going back to normal, but someone replied and showed me how to fix itĮdit: Just wanted to add that you might be able to temporarily change the DPI using the + button on the mouse (the top button of the 2 buttons that are to the left of your index finger). Are you in dire need of one at the moment, for a specific game you want to play via K&M? If not (and I’m in this boat) I’d wait for the official Xbox/Razer set to come out in early 2019. It takes a bit to get used to the G HUB software, but once you do it's worth it. And in the upper left you'll see a symbol like this but it'll have arrows on the top and bottom as well it'll be right above the symbol that is a plus sign with a square around itįrom there you can set the DPI, I personally always set it to 3200 with a report rate of 1000 and change the mouse speed in Windows and in games to what I like Then open it and click on the mouse, it should auto detect it. Have you installed Logitech G-HUB? If not then install it, it's what you'll be using to set all the buttons and all that on your mouse Hope this helps anyone out there searching for a solution to this relatively minor, but surprisingly annoying default behavior Once you have loaded this profile into the On-Board memory you can go back to using the automatic profile switching like normalĪll this does is makes the mouse use your On-Board profile for those few seconds after waking up while loading the active settings, It makes the mouse function at your preferred DPI settings instead of switching to the really low one while it loads your desktop profile after sleeping Now you need to activate the On-Board memory mode, then choose which profile you have already configured with your preferred DPI default settings ( Obviously the profile you have configured for your standard desktop is the most logical choice ) ![]() When you click on that it opens a screen that shows information about the firmware and such, and also a list of ON-BOARD profiles In the upper right hand corner is a little gear icon (G604 Lightspeed Settings) In G-Hub Click on the Mouse to open the configuration screen ![]() I know this is an old thread, But having purchased a G604 to replace my G602 RIP I was really frustrated with the low DPI on wake-up and needing to wait for normal movement to be restored I hope you add this to your list of answers to customers who also are experiencing the issue of LOW DPI on wake-up, because it's not the software, or any of the things you mentioned, it's the default behavior of the G-HUB software and how the G-604 goes through a process of loading the profile after wake-upĭuring this loading process the mouse uses a very low default DPI setting until the current profile gets loaded Here is the actual solution to making the mouse work as the OP was asking
